Have you ever spent thousands of dollars on a throw-together panel shelter with a tarp roof, knowing full well it won't last more than two winters? Yeah, we've been there too. We’re Sean and Tierra Taal and we aren't big box manufacturers. We are horse owners, tradespeople, and firm believers that when people spend their hard-earned money on a product, it needs to last.
Our journey into manufacturing wasn’t planned, it began out of frustration when we built our first barn. The products we purchased were poorly welded, warped, and looked cheap. We knew we could do better for ourselves, and for other horse owners.
With over 20 years in the construction industry and nearly 35 years of raising horses, we set out to design stalls, barns, and accessories that work as hard as the people who use them. Every project starts with the same questions: Will it work for our horses? Will it hold up to the elements? Is it safe? If the answer isn’t a resounding yes, it doesn’t leave our shop.
The result? Barns, stalls, doors, and accessories that blend durability, style and safety—crafted with the wellbeing of our horses in mind.
Everything we make is hand built in the Pacific Northwest using high quality materials and expert craftsmanship. No mass production. No shortcuts. We stand behind every product we build. Cascade Stall & Barn products are designed to stand the test of time, regardless of climate or workload, and still look good doing it.
We’re passionate about what we build, proud of the quality we deliver, and honored to serve horse owners across the West Coast and beyond.
Cascade's products are constructed from a minimum thickness of 14 gauge steel, primed and finished with your choice of powder coat or hot dip galvanization for long-lasting protection against wear and the elements.
Whether you need a new barn, or are looking to retrofit your current barn with new products, anything you receive will be built to endure heavy use and stand strong for years to come.
